The Opportunity

IOOF is one of Australia’s leading Wealth Management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation. We are a strong and resilient business and despite the current difficult Covid related climate, are investing in supporting our people to onboard and connect them remotely to ensure their safety and wellbeing are paramount. It is in this context that we are looking for Customer Solutions Specialists to join our Client First Team at IOOF.

The Role

We believe in putting power in the hands of our staff who interact directly with our clients and advisers. In this role, you will be constantly encouraged to challenge the process, think from our client's perspective and try new ways to deliver what truly matters to our clients. The primary purpose of the role is to:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and financial advisers regarding the MLC suite of investment and superannuation products.
  • Understand our clients’ needs and deliver end to end solutions. This is a hybrid role where you will be talking to our clients and adviser and also case managing their requests.
  • Contribute to our ability as an organisation to continually learn and improve our services.
  • We work as a team to ensure we get the work done, build each other's knowledge and make the changes our clients are asking for.

Our Team

Teamwork and collaboration is at the core of how we work.  We are a multi-skilled team which manages our clients’ demands from end to end. Our structure is flat which gives all team members an equal opportunity to not only influence decisions directly, but to also improve how we work.

  • Interest in using data to drive customer driven decision making
  • Outstanding conversational and written skills

What we offer:

  • A learning environment to grow as an individual
  • Genuine career development including the opportunity to grow and develop
  • Health and wellbeing program
