The opportunity to join our team

Our Engagement Consultants are here to identify and implement opportunities for our clients and empower them to feel confident in making decisions about their superannuation. This is a phone-based role, but you will have the opportunity to develop various other important skills and enjoy working in a team that offers flexibility, whilst making a real impact on our clients. This position is perfect for a recent or upcoming graduate and offers clear career pathways into financial coaching and other areas.

 

What you will bring

  • Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid planning and organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Understanding of finance and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work within a frequently changing legislative environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the square and solve problems
  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce or Business (desirable)
  • RG146 or working towards this is highly regarded
