The Role

The IAM Manager will be to take strategic and operational ownership of Sailpoint IdentityNow, which is our Identity and Access Management platform. As an IAM Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the IAM landscape and expected to analysis, design, implement and maintain all layers of the IAM applications including applications on-boarding, automation of application provisioning, management of disconnected systems, generating reports and improvement initiatives across our access management platform. You will be working with our critical Infrastructure, architects, applications owners, security, and service delivery operations to manage the IAM solution that offers value to the business without compromising on risk or quality. Currently we have exciting transformation and improvement initiatives in this domain, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in access management & provisioning.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take strategic and operational ownership of our IAM platform.
  • Undertake checks to ensure that the IAM platform is functioning correctly. This includes monitoring, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks, upgrades, and associated reporting.
  • Design, build and maintain workflows, integration with other systems access management/business processes and build certification campaigns in Sailpoint IdentityNow to meet compliance requirements.
  • Working on developing and maintaining the IAM testing program, schedule, and guidelines.
  • Monitor Sailpoint IdentityNow for ServiceNow Catalogue integration is working as expected for access requests and provisioning. Escalate the issue as required and engage appropriate teams to resolve the issue.
  • Collaborate with the Architects, Service Delivery Manager, Project Managers, and others relative to the SailPoint IdentityNow deployment plans.
  • Provide input into Information Security Governance, through framework, policy, standard, procedure updates.
  • Provision of After-Hours support may be required from time to time.  In addition, there may be a need to schedule work out of the normal Monday-Friday business hours, to minimise impact upon the business.
  • Develop reusable SailPoint deployment IP to support consistent improvement of IOOF deployment methodology.
  • Assist to maintain, manage, and implement the disaster recovery plan.

 

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience working with and configuring/supporting SailPoint Identity access management solution 
  • Strong first principles and best practices for IAM best practices, frameworks, and solutions
  • Conceptual Software Engineering knowledge, ideally with a relevant degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Assurance etc)
  • Demonstrated technical experience with Identity and Access Management systems including Azure Active Directory, Active Directory and SailPoint
  • Knowledge of federation standards including SAML and OAuth and storage filters such as RDBMS and LDAP
  • Hands on experience in implementing security technical controls related to Identity management toolsets, Web access management systems, Federated Identity management systems, and their supporting technologies
  • Strong advisory skills with an ability to lead Business/team meetings, lead workshops, perform demonstrations of configured Sailpoint IdentityNow
