Product Disclosure Analyst

It is in this context that we are looking for a Disclosure Product Analyst for a 6 month fixed-term, full-time contract.

 

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support by driving the delivery of Product’s disclosures and communications responsibilities and to co-ordinate and manage the due diligence process for Product Disclosure statements and other Product communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for co-ordinating the due diligence process, including managing stakeholders to achieve sign-off on documents.
  • Responsible for effective functioning of the due diligence committee.
  • Manage and maintain files for compliance, due diligence and audit purposes.
  • Undertake the call-checking of documents where required.
  • Responsible for ensuring relevant staff understand the due diligence process.
  • Manage layout of documents with studio department.
  • Ensure website updates for revised documents.
  • Assist in the drafting of product communications.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate regular fund profiles and fact sheets for IOOF investment funds.

 

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Proven experience in the financial services industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of platform products is important.
  • General knowledge of financial services including investment markets, securities and superannuation legislation.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Word is critical.
  • Ability to influence other members of the business to obtain desired outcomes is also important.
