The Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic Associate Adviser to join our team based in Perth. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality service to our clients as well as providing professional and technical support and assistance to our Private Client Advisers. With an exceptional team of experienced professionals and the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry, this role will appeal to a self-motivated professional looking for a long-term career at one of Australia's leading financial advisory firms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for client technical queries
  • Preparation for client meetings including cashflow modelling, calculations and research
  • Assisting the Private Client Advisers with strategy development
  • Preparation of professional, accurate and complex Statements of Advice
  • Preparation of Records of Advice


To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Minimum 5 years Associate Adviser/Paraplanner experience
  • FASEA qualified or working your way towards qualification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex scenarios in a manner that is engaging and relevant to the audience
  • Solid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, insurance, investments, and social security
  • The ability to use initiative and judgement in problem solving situations
  • A proactive attitude to career development
