It is in this context that we are looking for a Product Management Analyst.


The Role

The Product Management Analyst will operate and run the day-to-day operations for existing products across superannuation, pension and investment products. This will be achieved through the delivery of product management related projects, compliance matters, analysis and BAU initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Product Managers in product design, delivery, and management, including product changes
  • Manage Product team’s mailboxes, responding to basic enquiries and escalating complex enquiries
  • Assist in ensuring products operate in accordance with the Product governance requirements and product standards
  • Data collection and analysis on product matters, presenting them in a clear and concise manner
  • Assist in ensuring relevant disclosure materials (PDSs, SENs, annual reports, websites) accurately reflect product requirements and are produced on a timely basis
  • Monitor and ensure products operate in accordance with design and specifications, and the Product Governance Framework
  • Assist in the implementation of product change with direction from seniors in Super Product
  • Assist Product Managers to ensure adherence to applicable regulations, policies and procedures
  • Identify, raise, escalate any issues or breaches to senior team members in a timely manner


To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Minimum 3 year’s relevant industry experience, Superannuation, and wealth product management experience
  • Tertiary Qualified in a relevant business discipline
  • RG146 qualifications and post graduate qualification is desirable
  • Superannuation and wealth product management experience
  • Knowledge of the Australian superannuation industry, including applicable regulation
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on superannuation and financial services
