The opportunity to join our team

As a Senior Specialist – Leadership, Talent, and Learning, your role is central to crafting and executing strategies that ignite growth of our people and leaders and champion a continuous learning throughout Insignia Financial.

 

You will deliver what matters by:

  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs to cultivate and enhance leadership capabilities across all levels of the organisation
  • Managing talent management processes such as talent and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of talent
  • Supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that address the developmental needs of employees at all levels
  • Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives
  • Supporting change initiatives by contributing to change interventions
  • Collaborating with external partners, industry experts, and professional networks to stay abreast of best practices, implementing these where it makes sense to do so
  • Using metrics and data analytics to assess the impact of leadership, talent, and learning initiatives
  • Generating insights and reports for decision-making and optimisation

 

What you will bring to the team:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or related areas (for example in a learning or People and Culture team), with a track record of driving impactful initiatives
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
  • Enthusiastic and nurturing, with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience using technology to enable talent, learning and leadership solutions
  • Experience using learning and talent technology – for example LinkedIn learning and SuccessFactors (SAP)
