Customer Service Representative (Multiple Positions Available)

This a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has strong customer service experience to join the MLC Wealth Customer Contact Centre.

 

  • Monday to Friday role, rotating roster between 8am – 8pm

The Role

We have an exciting, entry level opportunity which would be suitable for a recent graduate looking to enter the workforce. This position supports the service delivery of MLC Wealth, Superannuation and Investment products, through providing outstanding customer service over the phone. This is a permanent full-time role, working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am – 8pm.

 

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to a range of enquiries
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service on every call
  • Building knowledge of MLC Wealth products and services
  • Owning and resolving all requests
  • Adhering to policies and procedures
  • Helping set and achieve team goals

 

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for learning and personal development
  • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

As this position starts in November, training will run through the Christmas/New Year holiday period, you will receive the national public holidays.  Please make sure that you are available during this time.
